Welcome to our Palácio, a luxury home from home located in the heart of Lisbon's trendy Príncipe Real, with a leafy garden, heated swimming pool, Wellness Rooms and EVOO - our exclusive restaurant where everything is prepared with our own, ecological olive oil - and with love. Our spacious bedrooms are perfect to relax in and our service gives guests a flavour of times gone by when people were treated as individuals and life was lived at a slower pace. We serve à la carte breakfast until midday, and our Lunch/Dinner menu until 10.30pm.

We like to spoil our guests. Your bedroom comes with a SMEG fridge filled with little treats and we can serve breakfast in your room, on the terrace or even by the pool. Lisbon is blessed with its climate and even in February, you could be sitting in the sunshine with your freshly ground coffee.

An oasis in the centre of the city

The Palacio was cherished and enjoyed by the Lisbon Teixeira da Mota family and Lisbon society still speaks fondly of parties hosted here. Book one of the rooms that opens directly to the garden and you can sit on the veranda with a glass of wine in the sunshine or wander down to breakfast via the wrought iron staircase. Unusually for a city garden we had space to build a swimming pool you can actually swim in!
